Our story

SCQ has been developed to deliver places built with the future in mind whilst holding onto the values that have long been cherished. To create an intentional village with a real sense of responsibility to celebrate what came before and what will come next.

Developed and delivered

The village already has its own multi-faceted history, rich in personality and significance. Rather than starting from scratch, we chose to acknowledge and pay respect to this history and allow it to inform and direct the development.

What has emerged is more than a destination. It is a modern connected village shaped by art, hospitality, culture and community. A place where people can gather, stay, dine, live, discover and connect.

Connected and shaped

SCQ is being built through legacy, respect and renewal: a creation of something enduring, a historic site reimagined with care and a place where connection is valued.

That is our story so far.
